Çocukların Gizliliği

Rockimals çocuklara yöneliktir ve bir ebeveyn veya vasi eşliğinde kullanılmak üzere tasarlanmıştır. Çocuğun adını, e-posta adresini, fotoğrafını veya kesin konumunu bilerek toplamayız; uygulamada çocukların kişisel bilgi yayımlayabileceği hesap, sohbet ya da herkese açık profil yoktur. Satın almalar, dış bağlantılar ve bildirim ayarları yalnızca bir yetişkinin geçebileceği ebeveyn kapısının arkasındadır. Kullanım, paylaşım ve saklama

Bilgileri yalnızca bu işlevleri yürüten sağlayıcılarla paylaşırız: Apple veya Google, RevenueCat (Android'de ve iOS'un 1.4.0 öncesi sürümlerinde), Supabase ve bu hizmetlerin işletimi için gerekli sağlayıcılar. Veriyi satmayız veya hedefli reklam için paylaşmayız.

Rockimals is a child-friendly space-learning app. Parents and guardians should read this policy before allowing a child to use the app.

What we process

Rockimals does not create child profiles, require a name or email address, show advertising, sell personal information, or use behavioural advertising.

Children's Privacy

Rockimals is directed at children and designed to be used with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect a child's name, email address, photo, or precise location, and the app has no accounts, chat, or public profile for a child to expose. Purchases, external links, and notification settings sit behind a parent gate that only an adult can pass. If we learn that a child has provided personal information beyond what this policy describes, we will delete it. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided such information can contact us at info@duniaops.com.

To keep the service safe and working, we process a pseudonymous installation credential and its one-way server-side digest, device-integrity evidence, platform, selected language, and the time zone used to choose the correct daily story. Our service provider may process network information, including IP address, in transit; Rockimals stores a one-way rate-limit digest rather than a raw IP address.

Apple App Store or Google Play processes purchases and restores. Android uses RevenueCat to verify anonymous entitlements. iOS uses Apple StoreKit; from version 1.5.0, protected story and narration delivery also sends signed purchase evidence to our service, which verifies the relevant transaction or subscription with Apple. We do not receive card numbers.

To deliver protected chapters and narration, we process a pseudonymous installation credential, the requested chapter and language, purchase entitlement evidence and the chapters selected under the free allowance. A random identifier stored in app data records the single free narrated chapter for that installation. This is separate from the ten free reading chapters. Requests identify the content needed for delivery; we do not use them for advertising profiles or cross-app tracking.

If a parent turns on story reminders on Android, or in iOS versions before 1.4.0, we process the device push token, chosen reminder time, time zone, language, platform, and notification permission state. These reminders are delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google); on iOS, Firebase Cloud Messaging relays the notification through Apple Push Notification service (APNs). From version 1.4.0, the iOS app schedules reminders as local notifications on the device: no push token is created, and the reminder time, time zone and language stay on the device. When an iOS device that used these reminders updates to 1.4.0, it turns the earlier reminder off on our service once and the stored token is removed. These are used only to send the requested reminder. We do not retain story text, a child profile, or notification-engagement analytics for that feature.

To diagnose and fix Radar loading problems, the app automatically queues short technical reports and sends them to our Supabase backend when existing installation authorization is available. A report contains only a UTC calendar day, app version, build number, predefined failure code and occurrence count. The existing installation credential authorizes the request but is not included in the logged diagnostic event. Reports contain no child or device identifier, time zone, reading history, raw error message, URL or stack trace. Separately, the hosting platform retains request logs containing network IP addresses and user-agent information; platform request identifiers can link these logs to the diagnostic event. Pending local reports are removed after delivery is acknowledged; records dated more than 14 days earlier are discarded when the app next processes the queue. Server diagnostic logs and platform request logs follow the backend service’s configured log retention, separately from the installation-record retention below. We use these reports to repair the app, not for advertising or behavioural profiles.

Why we use it

We use this information to secure access, limit abuse, provide stories in the chosen language and local day, verify Plus access, send an opted-in reminder, and maintain the service. We do not use it to make marketing profiles or to track a child across apps or websites.

Sharing and retention

We share data only with service providers that operate these functions: Apple or Google for store purchases and notifications, RevenueCat for subscription verification on Android and in iOS versions before 1.4.0, Supabase for protected backend services, and the providers needed to operate those services. We do not sell data or share it for targeted advertising.

Our retention policy sets a maximum of 13 months after an installation’s last activity for installation, security, subscription-verification, free chapter and narration allowance, reminder-preference and reminder-delivery records. A parent or guardian can request earlier deletion at any time — see “Data deletion” below.

Temporary registration-verification records become eligible for cleanup once they have been expired for more than one day. They are removed during a subsequent registration request, rather than on a guaranteed 24-hour schedule.

When a request to turn reminders off in the app reaches our service, the notification token is removed. Turning reminders off does not itself delete the other preference or delivery records.

Apple, Google and RevenueCat retain their own purchase and verification records under their respective retention policies and applicable legal requirements.

Data deletion

A parent or guardian can ask us to delete an installation's data at any time. Email info@duniaops.com with the subject “Rockimals data deletion.” Because Rockimals has no accounts, we may ask for limited technical information (for example, the app language and the approximate date the app was installed) to locate the correct pseudonymous installation. We will confirm once the deletion is complete, normally within a few business days.

Parent choices and requests

A parent can turn reminders off in the app or device settings, manage a subscription in the app store, and ask us to access, correct, or restrict applicable service-side data at info@duniaops.com. Because Rockimals is account-free, we may ask for limited technical information to locate a pseudonymous installation. A parent may also complain to the relevant data protection authority where applicable.

International transfers and changes

Our providers may process information outside your country. We use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law. We will post an updated effective date when this policy changes and provide any additional notice required by law.

保護者の選択と請求

Rockimals 是一款适合儿童的太空学习应用。儿童使用应用前，父母或监护人应阅读本政策。

我们处理的信息

Rockimals 不创建儿童档案，不要求提供姓名或电子邮箱，不展示广告，不出售个人信息，也不使用行为定向广告。

儿童隐私

Rockimals 面向儿童，并设计为在父母或监护人陪同下使用。我们不会故意收集儿童的姓名、电子邮箱、照片或精确位置；应用也没有可让儿童公开信息的账户、聊天或公开资料。购买、外部链接和通知设置都位于只有成人可通过的家长验证之后。如果我们得知儿童提供了本政策所述范围之外的个人信息，我们会将其删除。认为儿童可能提供了此类信息的父母或监护人可通过 info@duniaops.com 联系我们。

为保障服务安全和正常运行，我们会处理匿名化安装凭据及其服务器端单向摘要、设备完整性证明、平台、所选语言，以及选择正确每日故事所需的时区。服务提供商可能会在传输过程中处理 IP 地址等网络信息；Rockimals 保存的是请求速率限制的单向摘要，而不是原始 IP 地址。

购买和恢复由Apple App Store或Google Play处理。Android通过RevenueCat验证匿名访问权益。iOS使用Apple StoreKit；从1.5.0起，受保护的故事和音频下载还会将已签名的购买凭证发送至我们的服务，通过Apple验证相关交易或订阅。我们不会收到银行卡号。

为提供受保护的章节和朗读，我们处理化名安装凭证、请求的章节与语言、购买权益证明，以及在免费额度内选择的章节。应用数据中保存的随机标识记录该次安装所选的1个免费朗读章节，与10个免费阅读章节分开计算。请求用于确定需要交付的内容，不用于广告画像或跨应用跟踪。

在 Android 或 1.4.0 之前版本的 iOS 上，父母或监护人开启故事提醒时，我们会处理设备推送令牌、选定时间、时区、语言、平台和通知许可状态。这些提醒通过 Firebase Cloud Messaging（Google）发送；在 iOS 上，Firebase Cloud Messaging 通过 Apple Push Notification service（APNs）中继通知。从 1.4.0 版本起，iOS 应用将提醒设置为设备上的本地通知：不会生成推送令牌，时间、时区和语言都保留在设备上。曾使用这些提醒的 iOS 设备更新到 1.4.0 后，会在我们的服务上关闭一次旧提醒，已保存的令牌随即删除。这些信息仅用于发送所请求的提醒；我们不会为此功能保存故事文本、儿童档案或通知互动分析数据。

为诊断并修复雷达加载问题，应用会自动将简短的技术报告加入待发送队列，并在现有安装授权可用时发送至我们的 Supabase 后端。报告仅包含 UTC 日历日期、应用版本、构建编号、预定义的错误代码和发生次数。现有安装凭据用于授权请求，但不会写入记录的诊断事件。报告不包含儿童或设备标识符、时区、阅读历史、原始错误消息、URL 或堆栈跟踪。此外，托管平台会保留包含网络 IP 地址和用户代理信息的请求日志，平台的请求标识符可将这些日志与诊断事件关联。 收到送达确认后，设备上的待发送报告会被删除；应用下次处理队列时，会删除日期早于 14 天前的记录。服务器诊断日志和平台请求日志遵循后端服务配置的日志保留期限，与下文安装记录的保留期限分别管理。我们使用这些报告修复应用，不用于广告或建立行为画像。

使用、共享和保存

我们使用这些信息来保护访问、限制滥用、按正确语言和当地日期提供故事、验证 Plus、发送选择的提醒并维护服务。我们不会建立营销档案，也不会在应用或网站之间跟踪儿童。

我们仅与 Apple 或 Google、RevenueCat（Android 以及 1.4.0 之前版本的 iOS）、Supabase 以及运营这些服务所需的提供商共享信息。我们不出售数据，也不为定向广告共享数据。

根据我们的保存政策，安装、安全、订阅验证、免费章节与朗读额度、提醒设置和提醒发送记录的保存期限为该安装最后一次活动起最多13个月。父母或监护人可随时申请提前删除；请参阅下方“数据删除”。

临时注册验证记录在失效超过一天后会被列为清理对象，并在后续注册请求发生时删除，因此并不保证在24小时内删除。

当在应用中关闭提醒的请求到达我们的服务时，通知令牌会被移除。仅关闭提醒并不会删除其他设置或发送记录。

Apple、Google 和 RevenueCat 按照各自的保存政策及适用法律要求，保存各自的购买和验证记录。

数据删除

Confidentialité des enfants

Rockimals s’adresse aux enfants et est conçu pour être utilisé avec un parent ou tuteur. Nous ne recueillons pas sciemment le nom, l’adresse e-mail, la photo ou la localisation précise d’un enfant ; l’application ne comporte ni compte, ni discussion, ni profil public. Les achats, liens externes et réglages de notification sont protégés par un contrôle réservé aux adultes. Si nous apprenons qu’un enfant a fourni des informations personnelles au-delà de cette politique, nous les supprimerons. Un parent ou tuteur peut nous contacter à info@duniaops.com.

Pour sécuriser et faire fonctionner le service, nous traitons un identifiant d'installation pseudonyme et son condensat à sens unique côté serveur, une preuve d'intégrité de l'appareil, la plateforme, la langue choisie et le fuseau horaire nécessaire à l'histoire quotidienne. Nos prestataires peuvent traiter l'adresse IP pendant la transmission ; Rockimals conserve un condensat de limitation plutôt qu'une adresse IP brute.

Apple App Store ou Google Play traite les achats et restaurations. Android utilise RevenueCat pour vérifier les droits anonymes. iOS utilise Apple StoreKit ; depuis la version 1.5.0, la livraison des histoires et narrations protégées transmet aussi une preuve d’achat signée à notre service, qui vérifie la transaction ou l’abonnement auprès d’Apple. Nous ne recevons pas de numéros de carte.

Pour livrer les chapitres et narrations protégés, nous traitons un justificatif d’installation pseudonyme, le chapitre et la langue demandés, la preuve du droit d’achat et les chapitres choisis dans le quota gratuit. Un identifiant aléatoire conservé dans les données de l’application enregistre le chapitre audio gratuit choisi pour cette installation, séparément des dix chapitres gratuits à lire. Ces demandes servent à livrer le contenu, pas à créer des profils publicitaires ni à suivre les utilisateurs entre applications.

Si un parent active les rappels sur Android ou dans une version iOS antérieure à 1.4.0, nous traitons le jeton de notification de l'appareil, l'heure choisie, le fuseau horaire, la langue, la plateforme et l'état de l'autorisation. Ces rappels sont envoyés par Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) ; sur iOS, ce service relaie la notification via Apple Push Notification service (APNs). À partir de la version 1.4.0, l'app iOS programme les rappels comme notifications locales sur l'appareil : aucun jeton n'est créé, et l'heure, le fuseau horaire et la langue restent sur l'appareil. Lorsqu'un appareil iOS qui utilisait ces rappels passe à 1.4.0, il désactive une fois le rappel sur notre service et le jeton enregistré est supprimé. Ils servent uniquement à envoyer le rappel demandé ; nous ne conservons ni texte d'histoire, ni profil d'enfant, ni analyse d'interaction avec les notifications.

Pour diagnostiquer et corriger les problèmes de chargement du Radar, l’application met automatiquement en attente de courts rapports techniques et les envoie à notre service Supabase lorsque l’autorisation d’installation existante est disponible. Un rapport contient uniquement un jour calendaire UTC, la version de l’application, le numéro de build, un code d’erreur prédéfini et un nombre d’occurrences. L’identifiant d’autorisation de l’installation sert à autoriser la requête, mais n’est pas inclus dans l’événement de diagnostic enregistré. Les rapports ne contiennent aucun identifiant d’enfant ou d’appareil, fuseau horaire, historique de lecture, message d’erreur brut, URL ou trace de pile. Séparément, la plateforme d’hébergement conserve des journaux de requêtes contenant les adresses IP réseau et les informations de l’agent utilisateur ; les identifiants de requête de la plateforme permettent de relier ces journaux à l’événement de diagnostic. Les rapports locaux en attente sont supprimés après confirmation de leur réception ; les enregistrements datant de plus de 14 jours sont supprimés lors du prochain traitement de la file par l’application. Les journaux de diagnostic du serveur et les journaux de requêtes de la plateforme suivent la durée de conservation configurée du service backend, distincte de celle des enregistrements d’installation ci-dessous. Nous utilisons ces rapports pour réparer l’application, et non à des fins publicitaires ou de profilage comportemental.

Utilisation, partage et conservation

Nous utilisons ces données pour sécuriser l'accès, limiter les abus, fournir l'histoire dans la bonne langue et au bon jour local, vérifier Plus, envoyer un rappel choisi et maintenir le service. Nous ne créons pas de profil marketing et ne suivons pas un enfant entre applications ou sites.

Nous partageons les données seulement avec Apple ou Google, RevenueCat (sur Android et dans les versions iOS antérieures à 1.4.0), Supabase et les prestataires nécessaires à ces services. Nous ne vendons pas les données et ne les partageons pas pour la publicité ciblée.

Les enregistrements temporaires de vérification d’inscription peuvent être supprimés lorsqu’ils sont expirés depuis plus d’un jour. Le nettoyage a lieu lors d’une demande d’inscription ultérieure ; il ne garantit donc pas une suppression sous 24 heures.

Lorsque la demande de désactivation des rappels dans l’application parvient à notre service, le jeton de notification est supprimé. Cette désactivation ne supprime pas à elle seule les autres préférences ni les enregistrements d’envoi.

Apple, Google et RevenueCat conservent leurs propres enregistrements d’achat et de vérification selon leurs politiques de conservation et les obligations légales applicables.

Suppression des données

Un parent ou tuteur peut demander à tout moment la suppression des données d’une installation. Écrivez à info@duniaops.com avec l’objet « Rockimals data deletion ». Comme Rockimals n’a pas de compte, nous pouvons demander des informations techniques limitées, comme la langue de l’application et la date approximative d’installation, pour retrouver l’installation pseudonyme. Nous confirmons la suppression, généralement sous quelques jours ouvrés.

Choix des parents

Un parent peut désactiver les rappels dans l'application ou les réglages de l'appareil, gérer l'abonnement dans la boutique et demander l'accès, la correction ou la limitation des données applicables à info@duniaops.com. Nos prestataires peuvent traiter des données hors de votre pays ; nous appliquons les garanties requises et publierons toute mise à jour avec une nouvelle date d'effet.

Datenschutz für Kinder

Apple App Store oder Google Play verarbeitet Käufe und Wiederherstellungen. Android nutzt RevenueCat zur Prüfung anonymer Berechtigungen. iOS nutzt Apple StoreKit; seit 1.5.0 sendet die geschützte Geschichten- und Audioauslieferung zusätzlich signierte Kaufnachweise an unseren Dienst, der Transaktionen oder Abonnements bei Apple prüft. Kartennummern erhalten wir nicht.

Zur Auslieferung geschützter Kapitel und Erzählungen verarbeiten wir pseudonyme Installationsnachweise, angefordertes Kapitel und Sprache, Kaufberechtigungsnachweise und im kostenlosen Kontingent ausgewählte Kapitel. Eine zufällige Kennung in den App-Daten erfasst das eine kostenlose Hörkapitel dieser Installation, unabhängig von den zehn kostenlosen Lesekapiteln. Die Anfragen dienen der Inhaltsauslieferung, nicht Werbeprofilen oder appübergreifendem Tracking.

Aktualisiert ein iOS-Gerät, das diese Erinnerungen nutzte, auf 1.4.0, schaltet es die Erinnerung auf unserem Dienst einmal ab, und das gespeicherte Token wird gelöscht. Dies dient nur der angeforderten Erinnerung; wir speichern dafür weder Geschichtentext, Kinderprofil noch Benachrichtigungsanalysen.

Um Ladeprobleme des Radars zu untersuchen und zu beheben, speichert die App automatisch kurze technische Berichte in einer Warteschlange und sendet sie an unser Supabase-Backend, sobald die bestehende Installationsautorisierung verfügbar ist. Ein Bericht enthält nur einen UTC-Kalendertag, die App-Version, die Build-Nummer, einen vordefinierten Fehlercode und die Anzahl der Vorkommnisse. Die bestehenden Installationszugangsdaten autorisieren die Anfrage, werden aber nicht im Diagnoseereignis protokolliert. Die Berichte enthalten keine Kennung eines Kindes oder Geräts, Zeitzone, Lesehistorie, ursprüngliche Fehlermeldung, URL oder Stacktrace. Für Server-Diagnoseprotokolle und Plattform-Anfrageprotokolle gilt die im Backend-Dienst konfigurierte Aufbewahrungsdauer, getrennt von der unten genannten Dauer für Installationsdatensätze. Wir verwenden diese Berichte zur Fehlerbehebung, nicht für Werbung oder Verhaltensprofile.

Nutzung, Weitergabe und Speicherung

Wir nutzen diese Daten zur Zugangssicherung, Missbrauchsbegrenzung, Bereitstellung der Geschichte in der richtigen Sprache und am richtigen lokalen Tag, Prüfung von Plus, Versand einer gewählten Erinnerung und Wartung des Dienstes. Wir erstellen keine Marketingprofile und verfolgen Kinder nicht über Apps oder Websites hinweg.

Wir geben Daten nur an Apple oder Google, RevenueCat (unter Android und in iOS-Versionen vor 1.4.0), Supabase und die für diese Dienste nötigen Anbieter weiter. Wir verkaufen keine Daten und geben sie nicht für zielgerichtete Werbung weiter.

Unsere Aufbewahrungsrichtlinie sieht für Installations-, Sicherheits-, Abonnementprüfungs-, Gratis-Kapitel- und Erzählberechtigungs-, Erinnerungseinstellungs- und Versanddatensätze höchstens 13 Monate nach der letzten Aktivität der Installation vor. Eltern oder Erziehungsberechtigte können jederzeit eine frühere Löschung verlangen; siehe „Datenlöschung“ unten.

Vorübergehende Registrierungsprüfdaten werden zur Bereinigung vorgesehen, sobald sie seit mehr als einem Tag abgelaufen sind. Die Löschung erfolgt bei einer späteren Registrierungsanfrage; eine Löschung innerhalb von 24 Stunden wird nicht garantiert.

Sobald die Anfrage zum Abschalten der Erinnerungen in der App unseren Dienst erreicht, wird das Benachrichtigungstoken entfernt. Das Abschalten allein löscht keine anderen Einstellungs- oder Versanddatensätze.

Apple, Google und RevenueCat speichern ihre eigenen Kauf- und Prüfdatensätze gemäß ihren jeweiligen Aufbewahrungsrichtlinien und geltenden gesetzlichen Anforderungen.

Datenlöschung

Eltern oder Erziehungsberechtigte können jederzeit die Löschung der Daten einer Installation verlangen. Schreiben Sie mit dem Betreff „Rockimals data deletion“ an info@duniaops.com. Da Rockimals keine Konten hat, können wir begrenzte technische Angaben wie App-Sprache und ungefähres Installationsdatum anfordern, um die richtige pseudonyme Installation zu finden. Wir bestätigen die Löschung normalerweise innerhalb weniger Werktage.

Rechte von Eltern

Privacidad infantil

Rockimals está dirigido a niños y diseñado para usarse con una madre, padre o tutor. No recopilamos intencionadamente el nombre, correo electrónico, fotografía ni ubicación precisa de un niño; la aplicación no tiene cuentas, chat ni perfiles públicos. Las compras, enlaces externos y ajustes de notificaciones están tras un control que solo una persona adulta puede superar. Si sabemos que un niño ha proporcionado información personal fuera de lo descrito, la eliminaremos. Una persona adulta puede contactarnos en info@duniaops.com.

Para mantener el servicio seguro y funcional, tratamos una credencial de instalación seudónima y su resumen unidireccional en el servidor, prueba de integridad del dispositivo, plataforma, idioma elegido y zona horaria para elegir la historia diaria correcta. Estos recordatorios se entregan mediante Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google); en iOS este servicio retransmite la notificación mediante Apple Push Notification service (APNs). Desde la versión 1.4.0, la app de iOS programa los recordatorios como notificaciones locales en el dispositivo: no se crea ningún token, y la hora, la zona horaria y el idioma permanecen en el dispositivo. Cuando un dispositivo iOS que usaba estos recordatorios se actualiza a la 1.4.0, los desactiva una vez en nuestro servicio y se elimina el token guardado. Cada informe contiene únicamente un día del calendario UTC, la versión de la aplicación, el número de compilación, un código de error predefinido y el número de incidencias. La credencial de instalación existente autoriza la solicitud, pero no se incluye en el evento de diagnóstico registrado. Usamos estos informes para reparar la aplicación, no para publicidad ni para crear perfiles de comportamiento.

Uso, intercambio y conservación

Usamos estos datos para proteger el acceso, limitar abusos, ofrecer historias en el idioma y día local correctos, verificar Plus, enviar un recordatorio elegido y mantener el servicio. No creamos perfiles de marketing ni rastreamos a un niño entre aplicaciones o sitios.

Compartimos datos solo con Apple o Google, RevenueCat (en Android y en las versiones de iOS anteriores a la 1.4.0), Supabase y los proveedores necesarios para esos servicios. No vendemos datos ni los compartimos para publicidad dirigida.

Nuestra política de conservación establece un máximo de 13 meses desde la última actividad de la instalación para los registros de instalación, seguridad, verificación de suscripción, derechos a capítulos y narraciones gratuitos, preferencias y envío de recordatorios. Una madre, un padre o un tutor puede solicitar antes su eliminación en cualquier momento; consulte «Eliminación de datos».

Los registros temporales de verificación de registro pasan a ser aptos para limpieza cuando llevan más de un día caducados. Se eliminan durante una solicitud de registro posterior, por lo que no se garantiza su eliminación en 24 horas.

Cuando la solicitud de desactivar los recordatorios desde la app llega a nuestro servicio, se elimina el token de notificación. Desactivar los recordatorios no elimina por sí solo los demás registros de preferencias o envíos.

Apple, Google y RevenueCat conservan sus propios registros de compra y verificación según sus políticas de conservación y los requisitos legales aplicables.

Eliminación de datos

Una madre, un padre o un tutor puede solicitar en cualquier momento que eliminemos los datos de una instalación. Escriba a info@duniaops.com con el asunto «Rockimals data deletion». Como Rockimals no tiene cuentas, podemos pedir información técnica limitada, por ejemplo el idioma de la app y la fecha aproximada de instalación, para encontrar la instalación seudónima correcta. Confirmaremos la eliminación, normalmente en unos días laborables.

Opciones de madres, padres y tutores

Una persona adulta puede desactivar recordatorios en la app o en los ajustes del dispositivo, gestionar la suscripción en la tienda y solicitar acceso, corrección o restricción de datos aplicables en info@duniaops.com. Los proveedores pueden tratar datos fuera de su país; aplicamos las garantías exigidas y publicaremos cambios con una nueva fecha de entrada en vigor.

Ayuda
